  • "Customer", "You", or "Your" refers to any user of our website or purchaser of our products.

  • "Product" refers to any item sold on our website, including electric bikes, spare parts, and accessories.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our website. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using our website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Availability of products may change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All prices listed are in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before orders are processed and dispatched.

  • We accept payments through secure third-party processors including Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, and others.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather acknowledgment that we have received it.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer UK mainland delivery with an estimated timeframe of 1-3 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, and UK islands may vary.

  • Shipping charges are outlined at checkout.

  • B2R (Built to Race) assembly service may increase dispatch time by 1-2 business days.

  • We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, or events outside our control.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct.

6. Returns and Cancellations

  • Customers may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Assembled or used bikes

  • Custom B2R builds

  • Opened battery packs

7. Warranty

  • All electric bikes include a 6-month parts warranty unless otherwise stated.

  • Batteries and electrical components are covered by a 3-month warranty.

  • Warranties cover manufacturer defects only and do not apply to:

    • General wear and tear

    • Damage from misuse or neglect

    • Water or weather damage

    • Unauthorized modifications

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with proof of purchase and supporting photos/videos.

8. Product Safety and Usage

  • All eBikes and pit bikes should be used in accordance with local laws and regulations.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Riders must wear appropriate protective gear, including helmets.

  • Products are designed for off-road or private land use unless otherwise specified.

  • We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs are owned or licensed by Cheshire Dirt LTD and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality

  • Upload malicious software or viruses

  • Provide false or misleading information

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheshire Dirt LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
